                                    Exports:
We give below the list of documents, which are required to be produced for clearance of Export consignments.

Routine Exports
1.  R. B. I. Code no. (Original certificate needed for first shipment).

2.  I.E.C. code no. (Original certificate needed for first shipment).

3.  Invoice (5 copies) (original).

4.  Packing list.

5.  Copy of L/C.

6.  Contract / Purchase Order.

7.  G. R. form / I. E. P form duly signed with name and address of the          bankers through whom the documents are to be negotiated and the      name of banker through whom letter of Credit is received (As per R. B. I      prescribed format).

8.  Declaration forms.

9.  Your bankers name and address with your bank account number to      enable customs to forward the drawback cheques directly to the said      bank.

10. Certificate as prescribed in form No. F.R.C. (X) vide para 154 for payment      of freight in Indian Rupees.

11. A. R. 4 form.

12. Technical details / Catalogues (first shipment).

These are the standard documents required to be submitted to customs for any export shipment . However, depending on the nature of Export shipment / Scheme, the customs authorities will require additional documents to be submitted at the time of assessment.

At the time of forwarding to us the Pre-shipment documents, it is essential to indicate whether the consignment is being Exported under any of the following categories.

a) Free Shipping Bill.
b) Drawback Shipping Bill.
c) D.E.E.C Scheme.
d) Duty Payment (Export cargo which attracts cess or customs duty).

Free Shipping Bill
1. Declaration (2 copies).

Drawback Shipping Bill (Sec 75).
1. Drawback declaration.
2. Drawback Sr. No.
3. Bankers Name, full address and bank account No.

Drawback (Sec. 74)
1. Chartered Engineers certificate stating reasons for re-export.
2. Original Import documents (i.e. B/E, Invoice) to establish the identity of     goods.
3. Suppliers confirmation to return the goods.
4. Proof of remittance received from supplier.

D. E. E. C. Scheme
1. Copy of Advance license application.
2. D. E. E. C declaration - 4 copies.
3. Copy of D. G. F. T. receipt / File acknowledgement of License application    (for 1st shipment).
4. Advance licence and D. E. E.C book - Export part- original (for 1st    shipment).

Re- Export for repairs. (Free shipping Bill).
1. Certificate from bankers stating no remittance involved.
2. Material return authorization from supplier stating quantity and description     of goods to be exported for repair.
3. Copy of previous import documents (legible copies of Bill of Entry and     Invoice - custom attested).
4. Covering letter addressed to Dy. Commissioner requesting to allow
    re-export.
